About this role
The Senior Change Management and Training Specialist leads enterprise-wide change, learning, and adoption initiatives in support of McKesson Canada’s innovation and transformation agenda. The role designs and delivers capability-building experiences to enhance organizational readiness across innovation, transformation, and analytics programs. It partners with business units, HR/Organizational Effectiveness, and analytics teams to promote adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
