About this role
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Support at Checkr will own the end-to-end support experience for the company’s largest enterprise customers, building scalable, high-touch programs that drive retention and expansion. This role reports to the Director of Customer Support and partners closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into support strategy. The manager will hire and lead a team of enterprise support specialists, handle complex escalations, and implement AI and process improvements to maintain world-class service.
