The Senior Training and Enablement Specialist on the Global Training and Enablement team owns the company-wide New Hire Onboarding program and ensures a consistent, engaging, and inclusive experience for all employees. This role partners with business leaders to design targeted onboarding pathways that accelerate time-to-productivity for customer-facing and revenue-generating teams. The specialist also supports program measurement and continuous improvement to scale onboarding as the company grows.
