Talent Acquisition Leader

This role is responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function at Rockbot, integrating AI and automation into recruiting workflows to enhance efficiency and quality. The position involves leading the recruiting team, developing executive-level dashboards, coaching hiring managers, and personally managing high-impact searches for leadership and critical roles. Success is measured by establishing scalable systems, improving hiring quality, and fostering trusted partnerships with executives and hiring managers.
