The Technical Account Manager (TAM) Architect is a senior member of ClickHouse’s Support Services team who acts as the strategic technical liaison for enterprise customers, helping ensure their long-term success and informing product direction. The role is part of the regional Support group and works closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align customer needs with the company roadmap. The position is remote-eligible in North America and requires periodic regional travel.
