About this role

An Account Development Specialist (End-User) is an individual contributor responsible for identifying and engaging new and existing end-user customers and regional engineering firms to drive product sales within a defined territory (Michigan Lower Peninsula and Indiana). The role focuses on building foundational sales skills through direct outreach, lead generation, and collaboration with Channel and Field Application Engineering teams to develop accounts for handoff to Sales Engineers. It requires technical product understanding and strong customer relationship building to grow territory revenue.
