About this role
The Manager Customer Experience DACH leads customer experience data activities for the DACH region, collecting and interpreting CX and market research data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. The role manages CX data systems and analytics, develops dashboards and predictive models, and works cross-functionally to increase customer retention and optimize the customer journey.
