Associate Manager, ICM Japan

The Indirect Channel Management (ICM) leader for Japan is responsible for developing and executing country-level strategy for all indirect channels and ensuring alignment with regional and global ICM standards. The role partners closely with Sales Channel Management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive channel performance, governance, and compliance. This position supports continuous improvement of channel partner management and implements global processes locally.
