About this role

This role is a Technical Support position on the Customer Success team responsible for delivering world-class support to Recharge merchants. The teammate will assist store owners via live chat, email and occasional phone calls, investigate issues, and escalate bugs to engineering when needed. The role operates on a late PST shift to provide 24/7 coverage and requires staying current with product releases and contributing to documentation and team goals.
