The Client Success Team Lead at TTEC Digital is responsible for both leading a team of Client Success Managers and directly managing a portfolio of low-touch/tech-touch clients. The role focuses on ensuring seamless delivery and measurable outcomes for clients while standardizing processes and leveraging data and automation for scale. This position operates in a fully remote environment aligned to US-based time zones and supports AI-enabled customer experience solutions. The Team Lead also acts as a liaison between the client success team and senior leadership to surface insights and drive continuous improvement.
