The CSM III is a mid-market customer-facing role within Carrot’s Customer Success team, partnering with employers to support delivery of the company’s global fertility and family care benefits. The role reports to the Manager of Customer Success and contributes to developing success strategies and scalable practices for the mid-market segment. It supports Carrot’s mission to provide localized, clinically-driven benefits across a global member base.
