Transmit Security is hiring a Customer Experience Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the CX organization. The role will act as a Program Manager and Chief of Staff for CX leadership, centralizing CX programs, systems, and performance insights. The manager will build processes, enable teams through training and tooling, and serve as the primary hub for CX operations and reporting.
