About this role
The Customer Experience Supervisor leads a customer support team to prioritize and resolve inbound customer requests while ensuring an outstanding experience in every interaction. The role organizes daily workflows and schedules, monitors team performance, and acts as the bridge between market-level operations and the CX team. This position reports to the CX Manager and contributes to CX objectives through data-driven problem solving and participation in cross-functional projects. The role is mainly remote with on-demand office attendance under a hybrid model.
