About this role

The Customer Success Manager for Circle Plus will be the primary point of contact for strategic, high-touch customers, helping them launch, grow, and scale branded mobile and web communities. The role focuses on onboarding, ensuring product adoption across web and mobile, and driving long-term value, retention, and expansion. You will also help shape the Customer Success function by defining best practices and representing the voice of the customer internally.
