A Customer Success Manager at Horizon3.ai is responsible for managing a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive adoption of the NodeZero cybersecurity platform. Additionally, the CSM will leverage customer data to identify upsell opportunities and perform regular check-ins to maintain strong relationships and support renewals.

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) is preferred.
