About this role
The Customer Success Manager at LiveKit is responsible for driving customer adoption and satisfaction of the company’s multimodal AI infrastructure platform. This role involves partnering with Account Executives to ensure clients realize the full value of LiveKit, addressing their needs, qualifying upsell opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders. Additionally, the CSM will monitor customer health and feedback, facilitate onboarding, and contribute to the development of scalable processes and documentation in a fast-paced startup environment.
