As a Customer Success Manager at Kiln, you will be responsible for enhancing post-sales support for enterprise clients in the APAC region, serving as a trusted advisor to help them maximize the value of Kiln's blockchain solutions. Your role includes onboarding new customers, facilitating product implementation, addressing technical challenges, and collecting customer feedback to drive product improvements. Additionally, you will lead quarterly reviews and identify upselling opportunities, collaborating closely with technical teams and other stakeholders to align with client needs. The ideal candidate should have over five years of experience in B2B customer success or account management, preferably within tech or fintech, and be fluent in Mandarin and English.
