Spinnaker Support is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Australia to support enterprise and strategic accounts, ensuring customers realize the full value of the company’s services and driving retention and growth. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Customer Success and serves as a trusted advisor for high-value customers. This position is part of Spinnaker’s global services organization focused on long-term partnerships with major enterprise clients. The role is hybrid with regular team cadence in-office days and occasional customer travel.
