The Director of Customer Marketing will lead programs that engage, grow, and celebrate Fleetio’s customer community, focusing on advocacy, community building, and expansion marketing. This senior role partners with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams to amplify customer voices, drive adoption, and fuel retention and expansion. The director will define strategy, build scalable programs, and grow a customer marketing team to support lifecycle engagement and business outcomes.
