About this role
The Director, Sales will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on selling Databricks solutions to Department of Defense accounts (Army, 4th Estate, CDAO). The role reports to the Vice President & General Manager of Public Sector and is measured by team quota attainment, new logo acquisition, and growth in Databricks usage. This position supports Databricks’ Public Sector growth and engages with customers and partners to drive adoption of data and AI solutions.
