About this role
The Director of Account Management will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for driving client satisfaction and realizing revenue from an existing recurring business of approximately $20M. This role owns the strategic vision for the team, ensures measurement and coaching practices, and represents client needs across the Paymode line of business. The Director will build and maintain relationships with channel partners, banks, and clients while collaborating closely with product, sales, implementation, and operations to accelerate value and time to revenue.
