Director of Implementation & Activation

The Director of Implementation & Activation at WeTravel oversees the global onboarding and activation process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition to the platform for small, mid-market, and enterprise multi-day travel businesses. This role involves designing and implementing scalable processes for data migration, platform configuration, and customer training, while leading a high-performing global team. The Director will collaborate closely with Sales, utilize data to enhance customer experiences, and drive continuous improvement in implementation quality and efficiency. Frequent domestic and international travel may be required to engage with customers during the onboarding process.
