Director, Performance Marketing

The Director of Performance Marketing at Ramp is responsible for leading and scaling the company’s multi-channel acquisition strategy, which includes paid search, paid social, direct mail, affiliates, and creative experimentation. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise and innovative thinking to optimize marketing spend and enhance ROI, while managing and mentoring a team of specialists. The Director will collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Finance teams to align marketing initiatives with company growth objectives and report on performance metrics to executive leadership.
