The Director of Performance Marketing within Global Growth Marketing will lead performance channel squads (Paid Social, Search) and own Growth Creative Strategy to drive measurable, creative-led acquisition across AU, US/Canada and UK markets. Reporting to the GM, Global Growth Marketing, this role builds systems, frameworks and reporting cadences to enable global-local experimentation and connect creative testing to full-funnel growth. The position supports the company’s mission-driven retail business focused on eco-friendly household essentials and social impact.
