The Director of Sales Compensation leads the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs for Samsara’s Go-to-Market organization. This strategic role ensures compensation plans align with company strategy and business goals to drive performance, attract, motivate, and retain talent. The position partners closely with senior leadership, People, and Finance and is responsible for long-range forecasting and program effectiveness. The role is remote and open to candidates residing in the US.
