About this role

The Director, Special Markets leads a team of Account Executives to drive territory expansion and revenue growth for specialty public safety SaaS products. This hands-on leadership role focuses on execution, coaching, and rigorous pipeline and deal inspection using frameworks like MEDDPICC. The director partners cross-functionally with Product, Pre-Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to align positioning, win complex deals, and ensure predictable reporting. Due to the nature of the work, the role requires compliance with CJIS security requirements and successful background checks.
