Enterprise Account Executive

The Enterprise Account Executive at Playground is responsible for driving growth by acquiring large, complex customers within the child-care sector, including multi-center chains and statewide providers. This role encompasses managing the full sales cycle, conducting in-depth discovery, engaging with senior stakeholders, and negotiating multi-year agreements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer value, while also influencing Playground’s enterprise go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with enterprise SaaS sales, particularly in vertical markets, and possesses strong consultative and communication skills.
