Head of Customer Success

The Head of Customer Success at Kinsta leads the overall customer success strategy and oversees a cross-functional initiative to drive satisfaction, adoption, retention, and expansion. This role manages the day-to-day operations and coaching of the Customer Success team while coordinating programs such as live onboarding, feedback surveys, and internal alerts. The position works closely with stakeholders across the company to improve Net Revenue Retention and enhance the customer experience, while commercial aspects like upsells and renewals remain with Account Management. Kinsta offers a remote-first environment with global customers and a strong focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
