Head of Revenue Operations

The Head of Revenue Operations at Ambience Healthcare is responsible for establishing a robust commercial infrastructure to ensure predictable, inspectable, and scalable revenue execution. This role encompasses the design and governance of the GTM operating system, CRM management, forecasting systems, and quote-to-cash processes while collaborating closely with leadership across Sales, Marketing, and other functions to diagnose funnel performance and drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience in Revenue Operations and technical fluency in Salesforce and HubSpot to build the first RevOps team and create clarity within Ambience's revenue-generating processes.
