The Director of Revenue Operations at StarTree will own and scale the operational engine that drives predictable, efficient, and durable revenue growth. This strategic, hands-on leader partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership to define GTM architecture, systems, data, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment as the company scales. The role includes building and mentoring a RevOps team and delivering executive-level metrics and insights to support data-driven decisions.
