About this role

The Revenue Operations Lead for Prolific’s AI business will scale the AI commercial engine by owning systems, data, forecasting, and processes across Sales, Customer Success, and Services. This role acts as the operational backbone—ensuring forecasting accuracy, revenue efficiency, and timely executive reporting while partnering with GTM leaders, BI, and other ops teams. The position supports teams across New York and San Francisco and focuses on building scalable RevOps infrastructure to enable predictable growth.
