About this role
The HR Manager partners with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that enable teams and employees to perform at their best. The role acts as a strategic and operational advisor, supporting organizational growth, employee development, and HR operational excellence. This position reports to the VP, People & Total Rewards and is based in Dialpad’s Denver or Tempe office with an expectation of being in-office 2-3 days per week.
