About this role
A strategic, customer-focused role to accelerate Klaviyo’s expansion in Hospitality (Hotels, Travel, and Food & Beverage) by bringing industry credibility into the sales motion. The person will work closely with sales teams and customers to shape deals, influence product and GTM strategy, and operationalize hospitality insights across the organization. This cross-functional role partners with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Enablement to build repeatable, scalable hospitality plays.
