About this role

The Lead, Complaints Management and Insights is a strategic role overseeing the end-to-end complaints lifecycle and converting customer feedback into actionable insights to strengthen operational performance and ensure regulatory compliance. The role partners with senior stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product and Data to drive systemic improvements.
