About this role

The Lead Post-Sales Operations Manager will build and own Niche’s post-sale operations function, designing and implementing the systems, processes, and tooling that support Customer Success and Account Management. This role starts as a senior individual contributor responsible for tooling selection, administration, and establishing operational practices, and is expected to evolve into a people leadership position as the function scales. The role partners closely with Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to improve customer outcomes, retention, and expansion across product lines.
