About this role
The Senior Director of Customer Success at Veza will own and evolve the post-sales customer experience, ensuring customers achieve measurable value across onboarding, adoption, and operationalization. This role leads and scales the Customer Success organization in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment and acts as a key voice of the customer internally. The leader will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to drive renewals, retention, and expansion while establishing success criteria and customer health metrics.
