Lead Recruiter

The Lead Recruiter at Harvey is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process for key roles in Engineering, Product, and Design while acting as a player-coach to mentor and support a small team of technical recruiters. This role combines hands-on recruiting (60%) with leadership and strategic oversight (40%), requiring the development of innovative sourcing strategies, effective stakeholder partnership, and the ability to track and achieve hiring targets. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical fields, and demonstrates exceptional business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
