The HR Manager, HR Business Partner will join the HRBP group to provide data-driven HR strategies and counsel to senior business leaders across OMERS and Oxford Properties. The role supports corporate functions and business lines, partnering with Centers of Expertise on talent programs, succession planning and workforce strategies. It focuses on using analytics and storytelling to influence leadership decisions and enable organizational effectiveness.
