About this role
Marketing Operations role responsible for scaling and strengthening CRM systems and processes at Inspira Education. The position partners with sales, marketing, and student success teams to improve workflows, ensure data accuracy in HubSpot, and own attribution and integrations (GTM, GA4, ad platforms). The role is hands-on, focused on reporting, dashboards, documentation, and driving process adoption to support the revenue funnel. This is a hybrid role based in NYC requiring in-office presence four days per week.
