MDS-RN

The MDS-RN is responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument, Minimum Data Set, Care Area Assessments, and Care Plans in compliance with state and federal regulations. This role involves participating as part of the facility's Interdisciplinary Team to manage patients receiving skilled services and ensuring accurate documentation in medical records. The position also includes providing teaching and training to interdisciplinary team members on MDS item completion and nursing documentation.
