Center at Cordera
The MDS-RN position involves conducting and coordinating the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAAs), and Care Plans in compliance with State and Federal requirements. The role requires participation in the facility's Interdisciplinary Team to manage patients receiving skilled services and perform other assigned nursing duties. The position also includes training and mentoring staff on MDS item completion and nursing documentation.
