The Partnerships Operations Associate will support and scale TRM’s private sector partnerships, initially focusing on Orion partners. The role partners with leadership, Product, Finance, and GTM teams to ensure partner-related data, reporting, and contracts are accurate and scalable. This position operates within a fast-moving, high-trust Strategic Initiatives team and requires strong analytical rigor and ownership to enable partner success and executive visibility.
