Pastry Chef

The Pastry Chef at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort plans and manages the kitchen staff to oversee the procurement, production, preparation, and presentation of all food and baking/pastry for the hotel's restaurants, catering, and room service. This role ensures a quality, consistent product that meets HEI Franchise standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The position involves managing human resources, controlling labor and food costs, and assisting the Executive Chef with menu creation and implementation.
