The Principal Merchant Implementation Manager will lead onboarding for new merchants at ShipBob, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while upholding a best-in-class merchant experience. The role enables merchants to configure and optimize ShipBob software and fulfillment services, providing scalable solutions and guidance when platform capabilities and merchant goals diverge. This position reports to the Manager, Merchant Implementation and focuses on driving merchant adoption and long-term success.
