The Renewals Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end customer renewal process to drive retention and ensure ongoing satisfaction with Highspot’s SaaS solutions. The role works closely with Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Deal Desk to execute timely and accurate renewals while identifying expansion opportunities. It involves leveraging CRM and usage data to manage risk, forecast renewals, and support strategic account decisions. The position is based in Hyderabad, India, within a fast-paced, high-growth, B2B SaaS environment.
