About this role
This role is responsible for driving growth of Sword Health’s Canadian business by leading complex sales deals with workers’ compensation boards and provincial/federal health services. The position focuses on building and managing a strong pipeline, closing net new revenue, and shaping Sword’s sales playbook and processes in Canada. The hire will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, represent Sword at industry events, and help establish the company’s presence in the Canadian healthcare market. It is a highly autonomous role in a fast-paced, high-growth digital health environment.
