The Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Outbound proactively identifies, engages, and qualifies prospective customers to build a strong sales pipeline by initiating outbound outreach and booking discovery meetings for Business Development and Account Executives across education and workplace accounts. The role partners closely with Marketing and Sales teams to maintain CRM records, optimize outreach strategies, and improve campaign performance. It is positioned as an early-career sales role with growth toward Business Development Executive or Account Executive positions.
