About this role
Pelago is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Acquisition to own and evolve its end-to-end lifecycle growth strategy, focused on acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. The role is accountable for lifecycle performance and OKRs, with strong emphasis on email marketing from strategy through hands-on execution. You will report to the VP of Growth and work cross-functionally to translate business goals into measurable initiatives that improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
