The Lifecycle Marketing Lead will own and optimize the early member journey from invite through onboarding and early engagement, accelerating time-to-value and first meaningful care actions. This individual will partner across Product, Data, Engineering, CS, and Creative to deliver personalized, scalable onboarding and activation programs. The role emphasizes measurement, experimentation, and building reliable automations to drive improved activation KPIs. It is an individual contributor position based in New York City with hybrid in-office expectations.
