The Senior Manager, BDR – Enterprise will lead Mindtickle’s enterprise Business Development Representative function for the Americas, owning pipeline creation, quality, and conversion. The role partners closely with Enterprise Sales and other go-to-market teams to design and execute data-driven outbound strategies. It is responsible for developing a globally distributed team across India and the U.S. while fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and growth. The position requires deep familiarity with North American enterprise sales motions and strong leadership across geographies and time zones.
